Owner-Occupied Tax Reduction
Homeowners who occupy (live in) their primary place of residence are entitled to a 2 1/2% tax reduction. The Auditor’s Office administers this program. To obtain a form or more information please call the Auditor’s Office at 614-462-6271. You may also print out a form from the Auditor’s website.
